Ways we can work together
Whether you're coming on your own, with a partner, or carrying a specific question that's hard to say out loud — there's a way in that fits. Everything below is available in person in Bellingham, WA and by telehealth across Washington & Arizona — paced by you, and grounded in zero shame.
Individual
Individual sex therapy & counseling
One-on-one space to untangle the things you've maybe never said out loud. This is for you if your relationship with sex, your body, or your sense of self feels stuck, confusing, or weighed down by shame — and you want a warm, non-judgmental place to work it through at your own speed.
What it can help with
- Low, lost, or shifting desire
- Arousal difficulties, pain, or performance anxiety
- Reconnecting with intimacy after trauma
- Identity, orientation & coming out
- Body image and feeling at home in your skin
- Shame, religious or cultural messaging, & self-worth
Couples & partners
Couples & relationship therapy
For two (or more) people who want to feel closer, talk about sex without it turning into a fight, and rebuild trust and play. All relationship structures are welcome here — monogamous, non-monogamous, queer, long-distance, newly together, or decades in.
What it can help with
- Mismatched libido & desire differences
- Communication around sex & needs
- Repair after conflict, distance, or betrayal
- Rebuilding intimacy after kids, illness, or stress
- Opening up, boundaries & ethical non-monogamy
- Exploring kink, fantasy & new ways to connect
Focused work
Sex therapy intensives & focused work
Sometimes weekly sessions aren't the right rhythm — you want concentrated, deeper time on one specific thing. Intensives are extended blocks designed around a focused goal, with a clear plan and take-home tools. Great for out-of-town schedules, big decisions, or a single knot you're ready to work loose.
A good fit when you want to
- Work intensively on one issue or transition
- Prepare for or process a relationship change
- Jump-start work before moving to weekly sessions
- Make the most of a limited window of time
Shame recovery
Purity culture & religious sexual-shame recovery
If you were raised in purity culture or a high-control religious setting, the messages you absorbed about sex, your body, desire, and your worth can linger for years — long after your beliefs have shifted. This is gentle, unhurried space to untangle that shame, grieve what you were taught, and build a relationship with your sexuality that actually belongs to you. You don't have to leave or keep your faith for this work; we start exactly where you are, with no judgment in either direction.
What this can help with
- Reclaiming pleasure without guilt
- Grief and anger about what you were taught
- Rebuilding a values-aligned sexuality
- Navigating faith transitions
- Intimacy and connection after shame
